Coaching & Wellness Services Agreement and Informed Consent

Welcome, and thank you for choosing to invest in yourself.

I’m honored to be a part of your wellness journey. My hope is that each Signature Wellness Experience provides a safe, supportive, and encouraging space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, gain greater clarity, and move forward with intention.

This agreement is designed to create clear expectations for our work together while protecting both you and Her Travel Companion Co. Please read it carefully before signing. If you have any questions at any time, I am happy to discuss them with you.

Services Offered

Her Travel Companion Co. currently offers the following individualized 45-minute sessions:

• Signature Life Coaching Experience
• Signature Reiki Experience
• Signature Wellness Experience (a personalized combination of Life Coaching and Reiki)

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, goals, and intentions. No two sessions are exactly alike.

Depending on your goals, sessions may include coaching, guided reflection, mindfulness practices, Reiki, goal setting, or a personalized combination of these approaches.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to help you gain clarity, identify meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and create intentional action toward the life you desire.

As your coach, I will ask thoughtful questions, offer encouragement, provide accountability, and support you in discovering your own solutions rather than giving advice or making decisions for you.

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented.

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychology, psychiatry, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment. Coaching should not be considered a substitute for services provided by licensed medical or mental health professionals.

If at any time I believe your needs are outside my scope of practice, I may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately licensed professional.

Reiki Informed Consent

Reiki is a gentle complementary wellness practice that promotes relaxation and supports overall well-being.

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, perform medical treatment, or interfere with treatment provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

Reiki is not intended to replace medical care, psychological treatment, or counseling. Clients are encouraged to consult their physician or other licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

By participating in Reiki services, you understand that individual experiences vary and that no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

Personalized Wellness Sessions

Every Signature Wellness Experience is individualized.

Together, we will determine how best to use your session based on your goals and what feels most supportive that day. Your session may focus entirely on coaching, entirely on Reiki, or include a thoughtful blend of both.

Scheduling

Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length.

Sessions may be held:

• In person
• By telephone
• By video conference

For in-person appointments, the meeting location will be provided before your appointment. Please arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled session.

Fees and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking through Stripe unless otherwise agreed upon.

Current pricing is:

• Signature Life Coaching Experience – $88
• Signature Reiki Experience – $88
• Signature Wellness Experience – $111

Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged the full session fee.

If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedules of other clients.

There are no refunds offered following a session.

Communication Between Sessions

Communication between sessions is intended primarily for scheduling and administrative matters.

If you have a question related to your coaching or wellness experience, you are welcome to contact me by email or phone. While I will do my best to respond promptly, I cannot guarantee immediate responses.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is extremely important to me.

All information shared during our sessions will remain confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The only exceptions include situations in which:

• There is reason to believe you may pose a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.
• Abuse, neglect, or other circumstances must legally be reported.
• Information is required by court order or other applicable law.

Should any of these situations arise, I will make every reasonable effort to discuss them with you whenever appropriate.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you understand and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
• Coaching and Reiki are collaborative experiences, and your growth depends largely on your willingness to participate openly and honestly.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• You agree to communicate openly, ask questions, and provide feedback throughout our work together.

As your coach and Reiki practitioner, I am committed to providing a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment-free environment.

I will:

• Treat you with dignity, kindness, and respect.
• Listen with empathy and curiosity.
• Maintain professional boundaries.
• Support you in identifying your own strengths and solutions.
• Honor your personal values, beliefs, and goals.
• Practice within my scope of training and experience.

Results Disclaimer

While many clients experience meaningful personal growth, increased clarity, reduced stress, or greater confidence, individual experiences vary.

Because your success depends on many personal factors beyond my control, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Emergency Situations

Coaching and Reiki services are not crisis services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or require immediate mental health support, please call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency or crisis resources in your area.

Intellectual Property

Any worksheets, exercises, journal prompts, guides, or other materials provided during our work together are intended solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Ending Our Coaching Relationship

Either of us may end our coaching relationship at any time.

Whenever possible, I ask that you provide at least one session’s notice so we can thoughtfully reflect on your progress, discuss next steps, and bring closure to our work together.
